It's the last class on the last day of the quarter. The last bell rings. It's that wonderful time: Fall Break, Winter Break, Spring Break, Summer Break. At home, my hubby, George Snider, has us packed and ready to go wherever is #NotStknNot Lodi.
Don't get me wrong the California Central Valley is a great place to be from. It's also the perfect debarkation. We are: 45-minutes from Sacramento; 90-miles east of San Francisco' 2 1/2 hours to Lakae Tahoe, Yosemite, and Monterey; as well as, 358-miles from Discoveryland.
We are also an hour's drive from our favorite airline at Travis AFB. From there we can go anywhere the U.S. Air Force will let us go. For these two weeks even Mildenhall RAF was a tempting possibility.
After much consideration, a road trip up US 101 to Washington state won.
When traveling, Self Care Is Essential
Pictured on the right is our Nikken Sleep System. Underneath Our Nikken conforter and pillows are two single matress toppers that are perfect for a hotel room's queen size bed. When we fly, we have Nikken travel pillows and a travel comforter that easily fits in a suitcase. No matter where we are we get a great night's sleep.
Beyond sleep and water, George and I use a few other NIkken technologies. When on the road, my COPD is rarely an issue thanks to a Nikken Air Filter. Nikken Kenzen Vital Balance and Paleo Bars not only keep our weight in check while traveling, they are sometimes the best meal of the day. And far from least, George and I can do more than most folks our age because we are supported by NIkken Magnet Technologies.
